Administrative Assistant:
The NCC Administrative Assistant will strategically complement the Lead Pastor by providing support in the day-to-day operations of NCC.

Skills:
- Is highly organized, systematic, detail-oriented, and able to execute in a timely manner.
- Possess an understanding of which situations require the personal involvement of the Lead Pastor and what situations can be resolved without the lead pastor’s involvement.
- Possess the ability to promote unity, practice mutual accountability, and maintain healthy relationships with all ministry leaders.
- Willing to learn and become proficient in Servant Keeper software.
- Have excellent command of English language, composition and punctuation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary assistant to the lead pastor better enabling him to lead the NCC faith family
- Oversee the daily operation of the Church office
- Develop systems that will ensure the NCC’s extended staff has adequate resourcing, maximum efficiency and effectiveness in fulfilling NCC’s mission and strategy.
- Coordinate with First Impressions Team leader weekly.
- Prepare weekly care sheet, including first time visitor information, returns, and changes in status.
- Develop and maintain a list of local resources, as well as NCC’s plan to help families in crisis.
- Attend weekly staff meetings, monthly overseer meetings, and quarterly extended staff meetings.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain the master church calendar.
- Maintain Church email account.
- Keep accurate membership records (new members, baptisms, weddings, deaths, etc.)
- In cooperation with Lead Pastor prepare Annual Reports.
- Coordinates use of church by outside organization in cooperation with custodian and B&G.
- Maintain file system of forms, records, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage and facilitate background checks for all staff, extended staff and volunteers.
Estimated 15-20 hours per week / Starting pay competitive, with an intent to raise.
